The style of yoga that we teach - Power Vinyasa Yoga, is inspired by Baron Baptiste Methodology. It is both adaptable and accessible to all levels of experience. This type of yoga is the ultimate wake up call. You will sculpt and strengthen your body, focus your mind, and reclaim your spirit for a whole mind, body, spirit transformation.
Hot Power Yoga
Sweat and smile your way through an inspiring style of yoga, based on Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Flowing from pose to pose, working to your edge, you will awaken your mind, transform your body, and connect to your spirit. Classes heated to a warm 85 degrees to deepen your experience. All Levels Welcome, although some basic knowledge of yoga is recommended.
Music Hot Power Yoga
Our Hot Power Yoga class only with more heat and some beats. This class if for those who love to sweat and smile! Some yoga experience preferred.
A class that works every muscle from the ground up. No weights, no props, just you, your body, your breath, and great music!
Vin & Yin
A combination class that offers you the best of Yang (active) practice and a Yin (passive) practice. The first half of the class will awaken you with power poses to create strength and vitality in your body. The second half of the class will rejuvenate you with deep stretching. By shavasana you will be restored and renewed in mind, body and spirit.
A flowing style of yoga that incorporates movement and breath, strength and flexibility. You will empower your mind, body, and spirit as you “let go” and find meditation in motion. A perfect combination of sweat and serenity. Beginner yogi’s and seasoned yogi’s alike will enjoy this class. Classes heated to a warm 85 degrees to deepen your experience.
Deep Flow is an ALL LEVELS class with a slower, flowing pace and includes a much longer floor series. The longer holds with an emphasis on hip opening poses, gives you access to release built up tension and stress. New yogis and athletes welcome!

non heated Flow yoga
This class is in a non heated room and is a flowing style of yoga that incorporates movement and breath, strength and flexibility. You will empower your mind, body, and spirit as you “let go” and find meditation in motion. Beginner yogi’s and seasoned yogi’s alike will enjoy this class.
Kids yoga is offered during some of our popular classes to support parents yoga practice. Children learn the Journey Into Power Yoga Flow and end class with a relaxing savasana/activity.
Every fitness class ends with at least 10 minutes of yoga, leaving you refreshed and ready for the day.
Urban Barre is a full body workout concentrating on hips, thighs, glutes, abdominals and arms. This low impact class will create long lean toned muscles by using a variety of fitness props and ballet-barre inspired movements. Each class concludes with yoga or a deep stretching sequence leaving you feeling fabulous from head to toe!
At Urban Body Yoga we use meditation practice as a tool to lower stress, improve concentration and discover our true selves. These sessions will last no longer than 20 minutes and will leave you feeling refreshed!
First Meditation Expectations
- Meditation classes are scheduled post yoga; you can come for yoga and stay for the 15 minute meditation or join us for meditation only.
- Sign up at the front desk. Meditation is $2 for non-members and free for members.
- Bring your mat and borrow a block to elevate your hips for a strong posture.
- Breathe. Listen to the guided meditation.
- Take the stillness in your soul, that you discovered and create peace and harmony in your everyday life.
